Brotherhood of Steel meets Stormtroopers
Ok Six B.o.S. troopers in full Powered Armour, their Squad Leader is in Advanced Powered armour. Are looking for some mutants, at the same time 6 Imperial Stormtroopers (the leader is a Dark Trooper) are looking for some rebels. They find each other, what happens next.

They look at each other. Then they walk up, stare into each other's blank visor, and shake hands. Then they walk away, never to speak of it again.
Seriously, I think the BOS would win in a fight. They regularly expect to take down dozens of heavy-weapon equipped enemies with a 6-man squad, and live in some of the most tough environments out there, surrounded by hordes of killer insects and giant deathclaw lizards./ And they kick the crap out of super mutants.
The only problem would be that only the energy weapons would work against Stormy Armor. And the Gauss Rifles. And the heaviest Big Guns.
*Note* I am not using the idea that they would be limited to the ranges presented in the Fallout games. The game screens only go so far.

Hmm Powerarmor BOS Forces will either use
.50 cal HMGs with DU rounds , some kind
of energy weapon, caws/jackhammer with
emp rounds or a gauss weapon. I expect
the stormies to use similar SW weapons.
This one could go to either side unless some
stupid RPG rules like "Imperial Stormstrooper
Marksmanship Academy" is used.
