Prove it immediately. Oh wait, you can't, because I'm right and you're just a stupid whining pussy who can't read. The changelog mentions PS3-based changes and the PS3 version has previously been patched; you're wrong and you're baselessly accusing me of lying.

I hope you get banned, lol.

The proof was in the quote you useless piece of shit. But since I'm not entirely sure if your behavior is caused by being a pathological liar or if it's because you're simply not that smart, here it is again:
I hear because Stargate Nerd doesn't play a game, they won't port the patch even though
Now you prove that I claimed that they won't patch it because I don't play it anymore you asshat.

I'll explain 'humour' for the children. You posted that it didn't succeed on ps3 and that you haven't touched it in some time - a useless fact unless meant to bolster your bizarre idea that it won't be porter even though it says it will and previous patches have also been ported. I felt your obvious implication was that due to the small playerbase they wouldn't bother, even though they have and they did. The PC base is also tiny -I doubt anyone would care if they dropped support for the game entirely. It's good they announce patches or we'd never know, LOL.

I don't even nee hysterical personal attacks to make you look stupid. I love how you glossed over you need to prove I was dishonest in 2008. Believe me, I'm unpopular enough on this board that if I was openly lying people would be hooting about it instead of vague, baseless accusations.

Yeah humor me prankster, by making shit up again. Nowhere did I make the claim that the patch wouldn't make it to the PS3. I inquired alongside Ryan Thunder "if" it would make it. Then the troll (you) came into the thread asking why it wouldn't while calling us names out of the blue. I merely gave you a few reasons why it possibly wouldn't be ported. You of course are either too dishonest to accept this or too dumb to grasp this, so kindly eat a dick.

I would just have to dig up the thread about Elite Force. Remember the one where you were attempting to teach me the difference between objectivity and subjectivity? When you were setting up strawmen and knocking them down as usual? Another hilarious aspect of that thread was that for all the brouhaha about objectivity you were in fact calling a game with a 85% meta score shit. The irony.

Oh and about you being unpopular, I wouldn't know about that, I haven't been here long enough. But If I were to make a guess as to why it would probably your liar liar persona.

Thanks for proving my point schnookums. :D

It's actually quite hilarious that you understand mathematics so little you honestly think '85% meta score' MEANS JACK SHIT. Turns out the average of 20 meaningless numbers is... meaningless?

Anyway, asking if the patch goes to PS3 is stupid because all the other ones did and the changelog mentions PS3 changes and trying to make this about me 'lying' doesn't work . You're still retarded and wrong, and calling me a liar is not supported by your ignorance of how averages work. You continue to lose and fail - you can't even provide evidence without handwaving stuff like 'and usual' (which means... something).

ITT we learn 'dishonest' = 'disagrees with idiots who can't read like Stargate Nerd' or 'understands how Metacritic works'. :)

EDIT - sorry GR.

The proof of him being dishonest is bolded in each post.

Are you serious? You have no idea where this idea of a game getting more support on the PC than a console comes from?
Stark wrote:So you can show me where PS3 users have missed a patch then? Answering the question is more useful than shocked amazement. This IS the game where half the interesting mods are developed for PS3 first, right? :)
Stargate Nerd wrote: This IS also the game that bombed hard on PS3 despite getting a moderate push. Hell I haven't touched my copy for a whole year now.
Stark wrote: Wrong. Players are just super conservative. You can find Starcraft servers too, but fuck-all WiC servers - this does not mean that Starcraft is 'better' or 'more classic' than WiC, just that heaps of anal idiots still play old games. UT3 is a good game, it's just a wierd curiosity because hardly anyone plays twitch games like that anymore (at least, not new ones). Even UT2k4 had a bigger playerbase and I never got the impression UT3 sold at all well. It's just an Epic hobby these days, a glorified tech demo (and looking like sex and running like diarhhea makes it a damn good tech demo).

Game has hoverboard = game is classic. :)

I hear because Stargate Nerd doesn't play a game, they won't port the patch even though.
.. the changelong says it changes PS3 features and they ported the other patches. :)

Being a smartass does not a liar make. You failed to click the link provided in the first post, thus you left yourself open to ridicule. Tell me, what is the motto of this board?

Stargate Nerd, you're just making an ass of yourself. You fucked up, own to it and leave it be. Calling Stark a liar for making fun of you just makes you seem like even more of an idiot. Want a picture painted? Okay.

You come into the thread with Ryan Thunder with a "tl:dr" one-liner that, if you had simply pressed "ctrl-f" and looked for ps3, would have enlightened you and answered your questions. Because you decided NOT to read the post, and instead expected others to fill you in, you did something stupid. Had you owned to it and had been like, "lol, yeah, okay, I fucked up there" that would have been the end of it. Instead, you chose to be a proud asshole who can't possibly have fucked up. It's all someone else's fault, and in this case, you'll go with Stark.

Only it makes no sense. Stark's needling you because, hey, he can. He said something factually true for this game, that it had gotten all the previous patches, and you turn around with some bullshit about OTHER games that doesn't even really matter.

Well, okay, maybe it matters if you had nothing else to go on, but for fuck's sake, it was right there in the post, you whiny illiterate bitch. This entire exercise has you been bitching that many console games don't get the same kind of patches that PC games do, which, while potentially true, isn't even a part of the discussion, since we're talking about a specific game. You basically admitted to not touching the game for a year, you showed us you didn't pay attention to the op, and your attitude indicates that you're a self-serving little prick who cries whenever he doesn't get exactly what he wants.

By the way, if it seems like I'm really laying into you, I am. Grow up, learn to read, and stop being such a little shit.

PS: Notice how Ryan Thunder's not getting bitched at? He owned to not reading the post, and it was done. You, on the other hand, decided to be a bitch. Ryan's cool, you're not.

Turns out 'far off future' = 'about a fortnight'. Holy shit.

This is a pretty crazy update - I'll be dusting off my UT3 for sure. If the AI is improved and the netcode good, I might even FUCKING BE ABLE TO PLAY IT MULTI GODDAMN IT.

I hope there's going to be decent AI regarding the implications of Greed.

I'm a little confused about Betrayal and how the team system works but it sounds pretty interesting anyways.

I think everyone has a value and you can score your own team, so that you play to get as much on your team as possible but towards the very end the team disintegrates into a rush to make sure you're personally at the top, which gives opportunities for the losing team to catch up.

Even better? Day before Watchmen. LOL!

While I generally think that just about everything in the list is a Good Thing, I am dissapointed with the concept of the Stealthbender. It sounds pretty much parallel in function to that other necris tank that was only good for deploying stuff. I don't remember it's name but I do remember I didn't have fun playing with it. :)

Okay, so the update has been released. The new menu is pretty much the old menu with far more diverse graphics options, now in Blue! Finally I can have full graphical ability without thermonuclear bloom!

Betrayal is interesting. As was detailed before, you are assigned to a team and then all the points you obtain are added to the team 'pot'. If you decide to kill one of your teammates, all the points in the pot go to you, and you become rogue for a period of time, after which you become a "freelancer" until there are enough freelancers to form a new team. During rogue time anyone who kills you gets a whole lot points, so far as I can figure. Also, it keeps track of how many people have betrayed you; after being betrayed, a counter of 30 seconds is set, during which you can kill the person who betrayed you to some effect, and if you fail to do so their name appears on top of the screen with a dagger next to it, with an additional dagger for further betrayals. This could be useful when playing with real people in case you forget who's the treacherous scumbag.

In Greed you accumulate the skulls of fallen enemies, and attempt to take them to the enemy flag-point. I believe ten skulls worth converts into a large red skull, giving the carrier beserker ability for the standard time limit.

Also they've changed the Armor panel in the HUD to something more resembling '98, instead of that wierd paper cutout dude they were using before. And names appear over peoples heads finally.

Unfortunately the PS3 release has been delayed 2 weeks due to "events beyond their control".
