The dragons wish to know the new terms of the deal. (They are willing to dispatch a young drake to negotiate with Brian.)

offer up tribute of AYVBs to the Dragons in exchange for not harrasing (Protagonist, Fisherbear, Riverton, and Dwarven Empire.) <adding the conquering, alcohol making dwarves to the now party+riverton plan, which was never actually finallized, but now that we have the AYVB.....)

While the dragons are asleep, suck out their souls with the sword.

[Questor]

After waiting until the dragon, who was actually a senior dragon, is asleep, The Baron sucks his soul out with his sword.

The sword immediately grows longer, becoming a bastard sword, the blade turns a dark red, with flame-like engravings on the blade. The hilt changes to look like the dragon whose soul has just been sucked out, exhaling the flames.

You hear a great roar and a "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" as the dragon realizes what has happened.

WHORES very quickly eats the dragon's body, becoming much stronger in the process.

WHORES suggests that when the other dragons come looking for their ambassador, you should tell them that he was killed by the AYVB, and you avenged him. Explain that his soul cannot be released from the sword due to the death of the killer. None of this, of course, is true.

After a few days of waiting a small drake appears. As it hovers about fifty meters above you, it demands to know what happened to Glimmerinifogriferin.

Inform drake that we have the AYVBs mostly conquered for their consumption, however many are upset about their fate. let WHORES do the rest of the talking (damn ethics and paranoia about them using a detect lie spell)

(then again I knew this was going to happen....)

The drake, Child of Inghaltibonaweryog, (for has not grown old enough to select his own name) is convinced by WHORES golden tongue that the reason that you decided to conquer the AYVB was their slaying of Glimmerinifogriferin.

He decides that he should report this to the Eldest Dragon, Grimoldwartimbogxyximzoneforlitnow, and begins making the long flight to his lair.

Everyone stares at the Baron. (The look you give the guy that seemed relatively sane, right up until he said something like, "I wonder what would happen if I point this airsoft gun that I have taken all the identifying marks off of at a cop.")

As you draw your sword, you discover that it grants you the ability to fly for twenty minutes a day. It can also gain elemental properties on command.

The sword is sentient and has the personality of the soul-stolen dragon. He is not pleased to be trapped in a sword with ten Darkstarites and a number of AYVBs, and he tells you that, constantly.

A courier arrives with the latest financial statements from Riverton, and also news.

Darkstar was not in his fortress when HAB vaporized it. He has summoned an elder evil to the land of Sadeen. An evil that has not been seen in many years.

OOC: I haven't decided if the sword should get full at some point, I'll probably decide when they try to kill Emperor Wong of Sadeen.

no, no Timmy (the one who should not be named) isn't a daemon, though he does work for the most evil force there is (Microsoft), I know this for I have met the mad cartoonist Ali-Sama and his Necronomicomicon, and I was introduced to Elim, the left hand of the darkness. Spoiler

The Real Bear has had dinner at Hooters, with Elim Garak, Jedi Anger, Ali Sama, The guy whose currently drawing Danger Girl, and Jeff Scott Cambell (original artist for Danger Girl and Gen 13. And yes the infamous Timmothy Jones does indeed work with Elim at Microsoft, where he's not liked at all.
