Richard Dawkins on Harun Yahya's Atlas of Creation

Post by wautd »

Harun Yahya being the Islamic, more dangerous version of Kent Hovind (ironically, both are currently in prison even). Both informing and even funny at times so a recommended view for anyone interested.

Thanks for the video. It's a nice change of pace to see Dawkins pimp slap a Muslim.

Stealing pictures from a fly-fishing site to use as evidence of creationism?
That's not even half-assed. What a wanker this Yahya guy is.
If I had something interesting, profound or incredibly stupid to say, it would go here.

To be fair, it's not much worse than stealing the crocoduck from Worth1000.

And claiming he commissioned it or had a fan paint it for him, too. The sheer gall of that is astounding, and would vaguely offend me if I were a creator who cared about accolades for work.

I've just been browsing his website, its hilarious.

So far he's claimed responsibility for Tony Blairs conversion and overt religious faith, Obama's attitudes towards Muslims, and Sarkozy is now apparently very religious.

All because he posted a copy of his novel to them.

Other gems include an explaination of the Religion of Darwinism, which is actually retread of ancient sumerian, Egyptian and Hindu religious mythology

Oh, and Allah is more powerful than the Sumerian deity "prince Ea", so Islam isn't a myth.

The mind fucking boggles....
