Help with Midi files

Post by Kodiak »

So, I'm going to be in a talent show this Friday and I'm trying to make a "Music-Minus-One" recording of The Devil Went Down to Georgia (a copy that has all the tracks except the violin/fiddle part). I've been using some free software online, but none that I'm satisfied with. I need to be able to export the thing as an MP3 file when I'm done. Does anyone have any suggestions or programs they've worked with in the past?

Guitar Pro is all I've ever used, and it works fine for everything you're looking for. Of course, that might be overkill and not worth the price for something so simple.
