No dumbass, my overall point about Squenix not shitting pure gold every time they made a game for the PS1.Erik von Nein wrote:About Parasite Eve being okay? It doesn't, since that's what your opinion of it is. I was just disputing the idea that it was like Resident Evil.

Fascinating as this tangent is (I'm fond of Front Mission 3 myself, but it's got decidedly average gameplay by console TBS standards, and is poor by PC TBS standards.), this is really nothing at all to do with the fact that squenix is only publishing (not developing) what looks like a "western" WW2 RTS with no spiky haired protaganists in sight.
I do know how to spell
AniThyng is merely the name I gave to what became my favourite Baldur's Gate II mage character

No shit. You'd think that, because I was only mentioning Parasite Eve and it's similarity to Resident Evil, I would have only been talking about Parasite Eve and it's similarity to Resident Evil. Of course Square had shit games.General Zod wrote:No dumbass, my overall point about Squenix not shitting pure gold every time they made a game for the PS1.

Or the idea that it's either crap or 'lol levelling' despite looking just fine from what we've seen. To be honest if it is just WiC reskinned for WW2, I'll buy it. Fuck knows there aren't any OTHER decent RTSs around.AniThyng wrote:Fascinating as this tangent is (I'm fond of Front Mission 3 myself, but it's got decidedly average gameplay by console TBS standards, and is poor by PC TBS standards.), this is really nothing at all to do with the fact that squenix is only publishing (not developing) what looks like a "western" WW2 RTS with no spiky haired protaganists in sight.
