Combined that with the absolute snail pace (if you can call it that) work appears to be moving with the Harmnization (remember, I work for the Ministry of Revenue), and other political factors, I'm almost convinced that McGuinty was told to go along with Harmonization by the Federal Liberals, so they can make it a 'elect us and it goes' item for a potential Summer election.
They do that (promise to stop the Harmonization), the Federal Liberals will win Ontario
