Frame of Mind
By far the best of TNG era "mindfuck" episodes. Frakes got to do some acting for a change. Of course it's still not a really good mindfuck story in the same vein as the best episodes of "The Prisoner", for example.

My personal favourite TNG episode is "The Inner Light", which I still consider the best of all post-TOS Trek episodes in general.

Night Terrors creeped me out when I first saw it, up to the generic "ship is trapped" part. Hundreds of bodies covered in sheets sitting up simultaneously...
