I didn't remember the details so I looked it up- apparently the reason or its revential status is it is from 1952. How long has Japan had a robot fetish?

Ive been watching the previews of this for a while and am quite interested to se which version of the Anime they follow in terms of plot and script.

I grew up with this cartoon, I in fact have an Astroboy bag that I carry into work with me ... you can bet that makes me right popular!
