From what I remember, Shep was pissed about his father agreeing with his ex-wife about not wanting guns in the house (or something like that). They were going to get rid of his AR-15, I think, and Shep just kind of lost it.

IIRC, he pled guilty.

Hmmm lets not insult members or talk behind their backs when they have no way of defending themselves ok? I doubt Shep would be to happy about you disclosing his personal life on a public board.
