converting Tiff to JPEG or PDF

I need to convert a tiff file to either jpeg or pdf. What would be the easiest way to do this.

There's probably half a dozen good apps that can do that. I usually use XnView. Open the program, load the .tiff file, and then use the Convert tool.

IrfanView can do that.
