Any city gets what it admires, will pay for, and, ultimately, deserves…We want and deserve tin-can architecture in a tinhorn culture. And we will probably be judged not by the monuments we build but by those we have destroyed.--Ada Louise Huxtable, "Farewell to Penn Station", New York Times editorial, 30 October 1963

Hey how about that galactic map? (drools) That is frigging amazing. And the cool thing is that they actually didn't do a half-assed job! They kept continuity by checking every conceivable SW source to plot everything.Kelly Antilles wrote:PSM, GamePro, & SW Insider

I like Variety too, but that shit's expensive. Luckily, my friend has a subscription, so I can look through them when I'm at his house.

And you may ask yourself, 'Where does that highway go to?'

The only magazine I might pick up with some regularity is Mad Magazine. I love that book.

Yeah, the one from SWI was much better than the one in SWG. I think they actually expanded it some. It's helpful for my writing. Now I can use planets that already exist.IRG CommandoJoe wrote:Darth Garden Gnome wrote:Why can I say, I love my SW. Star Wars Insider all the way. I think this is the best galactic map I've ever seen, barring the one in the Jedi Archives from AotC.Kelly Antilles wrote:Yeah, the one from SWI was much better than the one in SWG. I think they actually expanded it some. It's helpful for my writing. Now I can use planets that already exist.

Oh yes its beautiful. And at least Mr Blackman (I'm pretty sure he did it, but I'm to lazy to dig up the mag now) did an excellent job at placing planets. Much better than that NJO one, or the Chronlogy one, since I've been using them up until now. I would've hung it up in my room, but there isn't enough space, oh well.
