Their technology wasn't so far ahead of ours, right? Maybe a century or so? I guess in this story it would be somewhat devolved from how it appeared in the TV show, maybe closer to our real-world most modern weapons.

Their tech is pretty advanced. They were still a century ahead of earth AFTER fighting a generations-long war. The whole complex we saw in 'The Other Side' had been built prior to the war's beginning, so I'm going to be operating under the assumption that the Eurondans are about as advanced in 1939 as they were sixty years later. War may have spurred technological development to some extent, but the beginning of the war was a massive apocalypse, so there's probably not a lot of unnecessary innovation happening.
