PS3 gamer tags
I see a thread going with tags for XBox Live, anyone else here also on PS3?
If so, I'm on there as dolphin761994
Play any number of games ranging from BF1943 to Sports to FPS.
Gimme a shout on there, hope to do some gaming with some of you.

Re: PS3 gamer tags
It's for Miami Dolphins, year born, year graduated. I just left it be since that is part of my email address.
Keep meaning to change it to Coolhand20th, but never have. I'll probably change it to that here soon, once I get all moved into my new house.

It boggles my mind that anyone would choose such a meaningless, annoying-to-type name. Kids these days, eh? Even 'Gloatingswine' is a work of art by comparison.

Are you serious? Is this some kind of Sony magical script of interest-based stupid horrible name suggestion generator?
Are you seriously saying that when you try for 'Tim' and they say 'not available how about Tim123456' that people think 'okay sounds good' instead of getting a meaningful name with no stream of meaningless characters?

I am immune to your blind hatred, sir. After all - You will note Sacred 2 is NOWHERE in my played list. See? Now I have a universal shutdown for your vitriol. You fool. I can never lose vs. you because evenif my points are meaningless non sequiturs, I can say Sacred 2 and just win.
All kidding aside, though. I don't think enough people have/play their PS3 to warrant a PSNID thread. This may be because Sony's online experience is hot, sweaty, been at an amusement park all day in summer nutsacks coated with ass-drippings and a side of gonorrhea(SP?). But hey, it's free, *I'm a smarmy asshole*?
Re: PS3 gamer tags
I'm honestly curious. When I see someone sign their resume with emails like 'max1006@isp.com', I figure they're just retards. Do non-retards do this too?
PS maybe if PSN made you pay, it would work?

If this were previous-gen I might say yes. But so far this generation everything from Sony's timing to execution has been either way off-target or just plain shit. I mean, what has Sony got for the remainder of this year that is generating buzz? I can name ONE game that is, and I am looking forward to it like I'm looking forward to Alzheimers. That is: Uncharted 2.
Pass.

And that came from the original Xbox random name generator and got kept because it made me snigger.Stark wrote:It boggles my mind that anyone would choose such a meaningless, annoying-to-type name. Kids these days, eh? Even 'Gloatingswine' is a work of art by comparison.
It's also my PSN ID now.

Re: PS3 gamer tags
We don't know how much of a hit it's going to take from performance if any when it's ported, and it's definitely going to be on more than one disc, which might somehow be a deal breaker for some people.Losonti Tokash wrote:

Don't 360 games usually actually have better performance than their PS3 counterparts?General Zod wrote:We don't know how much of a hit it's going to take from performance if any when it's ported, and it's definitely going to be on more than one disc, which might somehow be a deal breaker for some people.Losonti Tokash wrote:

Re: PS3 gamer tags
Depends on what system the game was developed for. Generally a game that was developed for one console first will perform better on that system than the ones it's ported to, and the 360 port was announced about halfway through FF13's development cycle, so. . .who knows. The devs have claimed performance loss won't be an issue but we'll have to wait and see.Losonti Tokash wrote:Don't 360 games usually actually have better performance than their PS3 counterparts?General Zod wrote:We don't know how much of a hit it's going to take from performance if any when it's ported, and it's definitely going to be on more than one disc, which might somehow be a deal breaker for some people.Losonti Tokash wrote:

Re: PS3 gamer tags
Gran Turismo 5 looks interesting, the prologue was way too short. So hopefully the full game is a lot better.
Along with Call of Duty 2: Modern Warfare.

There are a few PSN's in the Xbox360 gamertag sticky. For expediency's sake, mine is KingMuffin00 and I'll be playing FPS's almost exclusively!

Thanks!
Anyone who wants to add me, please do. I am normally active online quite a bit on the PS3 at night, but with buying a new house, and remodeling going on. It's been a bit hectic around here, and not much time to game right now .

Versus 13 won't come to 360, 13 will.
And anyone who considers multiple disks a deal breaker is stupid.
