The scariest folk song lyrics are "My Boy Grew up to be just like me" from cats in the cradle by Harry Chapin

*looks out at the wrecked wasteland that was once Earth* Sigh.. my daughter, back when I was a horny teenager, Earth was a beautiful place to live in, with green trees in the spring and summer and red trees in the autumn and naked trees in the winter. Now all the trees are naked and dying."

Should I ask, or just let it be?
As for myself, I'll be, what--54? I'll probably have a pretty little cottage with a rocking chair out on the front porch, 17 cats roaming my house, and loud, obnoxious neighbours that have too many parties that I report to the police....
Ya know, or not.

This is freakier than shit!!! Just this morning I was talking with a guy in my art class about this old guy that comes out and tells us these creepy old guy stories. So during that smoke break I was going on about get this, 'hovercars'. Not only that, if we'd wear old guy flanel shirts or be hip. Like, I'll go buy some oversized ecko gear and keep it sealed for the next 30 years then break it out. lol

See this?
*holds up a shiny plastic disk with a weird wavy multicolored swastika-esque symbol on it*
This is a Windows CD-ROM, made by a company called MicroSoft before they joined with terrorists calling themselves RIAA and Al Qaeda, formed the Al Qaeda Empire, and nuked Washington, San Francisco, Paris, Moscow, and Amsterdam; starting World War 3. Before the War, people used to have to pay over $200 for these. Now they're illegal to even possess.
*clenches his fist, crushing the disk into a hundred pieces*
*distant machine-gun and plasma-rifle fire*
Excuse me, I got a few Micropenis Terrorists to rail...
*picks up Railgun, boots its NanoLinux-based targeting system, connects the command leads to his cybernetic interface ports, loads the weapon with a clip of DU slugs, and steps out of the bunker... Sn0 then proceeds to take out the enemy commanders with the inhuman precision only seen in a perfectly-maintained cyborg running Linux...*

I would only be in my mid-40's 30 years from now, and I might have some kids. If I'm lucky, I would be rich too.

"We stand here in rememberance of Frank Hipper, saviour of us all. Let us reflect on his inumerable virtues, inspiring vices, and manly beauty. On this bittersweet day, as the population of the world weeps with the sense of loss, but is uplifted by the humorous irony of his sacrifice, let us not forget his imortal last words, 'See, I told you it was safe.'"

30 years from now I will be 61. I hope to have socked away the money for retirement.
I will be able to laugh at all the foolish young investors who are riding the next bubble. I will warn the youngin's that this is a buble Ive seen it before! They will laugh at me as they trade on there wireless PDA's with OC-48 connections. But then it will all crash and grandpa will be king! Muwahahah.
Seriously, though I will rememer when California was just crowded and not fucking overflowing. I can tell the youning's that I remember a time when almost nobody had computer in the home, car, or school.

Sadly, we probably won't need the site by then as B&B wouldhave run Trek so far into the ground nobody will have watched it for the past 29 years.
