The only way I could see this as being an "honest" mistake is if Fox has a policy of archiving all protest/march footage under a generic title like "washington protests 3," "conservative march 2009," etc. But my little podunk ABC affiliate isn't that half-assed, so I have a hard time conceptualizing one of the largest news networks in the country setting up their system like that, unless their execs simply "don't mind" much when these mistakes happen.

Apparently, as per statements given by former employees, the best way to net prestige on Fox News is to be seen as being willing to go just a little bit further than the other guy in blatantly advancing the corporation's stance.
