I watched Lou Dobbs on CNN. Whichever channel he goes to next is likely to draw my extra viewership. If he goes to Fox News, I really hope he isn't paired with some hack I can't stand, because I don't like who they have on now.

On that note, Jeremy, please clarify: Do you consider Fox News to be left of centre, or merely 'more left than you'? If the former, by what standards do you consider Fox News to be left of centre? If the latter, how far to the right do you consider yourself (naturally, you don't *have* to answer that)?

It is to the left of me. A lot of my opinions have been described as paleoconservative, and I really like the ideas behind libertarianism. I am a conservative Catholic that thinks states should take over more of the social roles the feds have taken on. I am for a large military and I am for increased funding of higher scientific education from the state governments. I am undecided about universal health care but do not think it should be a federal agency. I am for limited governmental role in business. I am for environmental conservation and think the federal government's meddling and regulation in the free market on that matter has benefited the American people.

I've said before that I am an extreme right winger, and I realize that some of my opinions aren't popular among conservatives so it's a little confusing but I hope that clears up any question you had about me. If not, I would be happy to post more but I think I've already managed to make this thread about me, not it's opening topic--I apologize.
