I guess this is? All I know is it's stuck in my head and I think it sounds great. What is it and where can I find more like it?

I dunno how accurate this site is, but it's kind of interesting. Italo is listed under house, but also with a significant influence on trance.

I like it, it's reminiscent of Kraftwerk and 80's pop.

Because it's the close relative of 80's European pop.

Kraftwerk is different beast, but they influenced electronic music this side of the pond since the mid to late 70's.
