Kirk appears, makes a speech, and starts punching the bad guy. Who'd have thunk it? :)

As a fan of alliteration, I gotta express my admiration for the display of awesome word play.

Is it weird that I have never watched a full episode of Trek in my entire life, and never plan too, but still watch Chuck's reviews as they come out?
A scientist once gave a public lecture on astronomy. He described how the Earth orbits around the sun and how the sun, in turn, orbits around the centre of a vast collection of stars called our galaxy.

At the end of the lecture, a little old lady at the back of the room got up and said: 'What you have told us is rubbish. The world is really a flat plate supported on the back of a giant tortoise.

The scientist gave a superior smile before replying, 'What is the tortoise standing on?'

'You're very clever, young man, very clever,' said the old lady. 'But it's turtles all the way down.'

No, because Chuck is so awesome that way.

Excellent work, still love the Shatner music intro :D Also loved the POTC and Zombie Jesus jokes.

And how many times did you have to practice to 'piper' deal before it went through right? :D

Still, I'd love to see some more Voyager. Some of the really good Picardo episodes might be cool, like Message in a Bottle or Latent Image...

*hint*

But, whatever you bring out, is awesome.

Damn, i have seen perhaps a tenth of TNG and only a handfull of VOY/ENT.
And especially for VOY/ENT, Chucks reviews are far more viewable than anything those shows ever produced.
Damn, they beat most good shows, too.

I've only seen a few seasons worth of Deep Space 9 episodes, and those were from before Sisko lost his hair. On the other hand, I have probably seen the majority of TNG, Voyager, TOS, Enterprise...and to throw it in for good measure, The Animated Series. :P

I missed out on some of the best of Trek, hmm? Why can't network television rerun more of that show... :?

For those who might want to know just what it was that Chuck said, I took a little time to listen to the video carefully and write out the little tongue twister he invented.
Soon! Dr. Piper pops a peck of pasty pills and Kirk is awakened. He prevents Piper's plan to prescribe his pal a pill, postponing the prescription to pursue the potent people to prevent their perverse plan to propagate such portentous progeny, THEN pass the pasty pill that Piper picks!

No, he isn't.

I wonder how many times he had to redo the Dr. Piper bit. :)

The odd thing is that the Piper bit actually only took two tries, but other sections would sometimes require seven or more takes to come out right. I've no idea why ordinary sentences are harder, but there it is. :)
