The Montary System is in the end a Belief system that those little Slips of Green Are worth Somthing, Remeber when People used Russia Rubels for Tolet Paper? Because people lost faith in the money and it became worth particuly nothing thus it was cheaper than Normal TP to use so people did
Free Flowing Money being used for Investments which are used for other Investments which see the first part are what make a Economney Run

If there was a depression, Congress would be sure to give themselves a huge pay raise.
To end the depression, people should invest in the stock market, and buy stuff. Perhaps there is a link to Bush taking a vacation and the stock market going up.
