You mean the guy who's been hounding you relentlessly because he has nothing better to do? Yes.
Your deuce has no good space to put the big guns, because of the armor greeblies being random instead of properly placed.
What I'd love to see is the .def for one of those. I started one once, but realized that I had no clue what the mass was, tried finding sources for the mass, couldn't, and gave up. All I know is that it must be positively huge.
