Computer image decompressor help...

While downloading Microsoft Powerpoint presentations that were apparently made on a Macintosh, I regularly see this error:

Quicktime? and a Photo - JPEG decompressor are needed to see this picture.

Where can I find the appropriate tools needed to view this picture?
