Ok. I got an email problem here.

I tried creating a new account with MSN several times, but every time I finish filling out the form, and click create, it says 'failure to log in. please come back at another time'
Now, I've tried this many times in th last few months, but it's the same damn thing. Any help?

It's because MSN is as bad as AOHell. Not that I can claim much better, an AOL/MSN user myself, but hey.

You may be using an ISP with rotating proxies. This fucks up IP-based session authentication schemes.
