Pretty much official here. This one even beats out Excel Saga.

It's depraved.

It's disgusting.

It's got lots of crossdressing.

It's about Ping-Pong!

It is THE funniest, most demented anime I have EVER seen. Called The Ping-Pong Club. It's on DVD now; should be available at any store with a decent anime selection.
