Say what you want about the game itself, but Age of Conan had some excellent music. It obviously took inspiration from the classic movie scores by Basil Poledouris. It works well on it's own, and it's one of the very, very few game soundtracks I occasionally listen to in my most fatty nerd moments.

I actually spent last night updating my accounts, and played half an hour of AoC and half an hour of WoW thus showing that I really am not an MMO addictive personality, though I am a 4x addictive personality....

Along with being able to play as Maria and Richter at game start, and levels that were inaccessible on the PSX, Symphony of the Night for the Saturn also has a few exclusive tracks and remixes.

It was more part of the ambient SFX than the score - was playing on the radio in the NY level. To bad it got overriden by the main score whenever one of the goons got dangerously close to you.

It realy got to me, when it started playing on my first approach to Whitehouse in sync with what it seemed to be an endless horde of Black Arrow mercs comming straight at me. And then Sam started murmuring to himself something in line of: "hold it together sam ..." - I was genuinely touched

Dawn of War was mentioned in passing on page two, and probably falls in the category "everybody knows 'em" Nonetheless, I will post the Space Marine Theme from the "Dark Crusade" expansion pack, a piece of music so awesome, it was solely responsible for me becoming interested in Warhammer 40K.
