Oliver Stone Apologises for claim regarding The Holocaust

Director Oliver Stone apparently had the gall to claim that peoples OTHER than Jews actually suffered during WWII. ( I know that isn't really what the issue was, but still the article seems to refer to that as just as bad)

Beyond that, what do you think of his claims that the media is controlled by Jews?

One word: bullshit. Slightly longer explanation: Yes, it is true that Jews are represented more than the general population in the media and academia but that does not mean that they control the media. After all there is no Jewish "agenda" and Jews include liberal, conservative, libertarian, and radical ones. Plus for instance Rupert Murdoch is the greatest news mogul on the planet but he's not Jewish.

People were complaining about his "Jews control the media which is why they won't report it" line. Which, given he previously mentions American industrialists as some of the people who did evil things does make him seem like a hypocrite.

Also, everyone knows the comedy business is controlled by Jews, blacks and Latinos working together in a shadowy evil league of vaguely ominous intentions. The rest is mostly controlled by old rich white guys except where it is controled by old rich asian guys, old rich hispanic guys and old rich (insert species designator of grays) (insert dominant gender category for grays).
