It has a lot of improvements to email. You can sort your incoming email by catagory (IIRC: Everyone, People I know, unknown, bulk senders). Plus there's a button at the bottom to help you deal with spam. It will delete the mail, block that address for you, and forward the spam to AOL's spam department.
The address book is a bit different. It allows you to sort the names more plus it will automatically add names when you send emails. Also, like AOL 7.0 a copy of your address book is stored online so when you sign on as a guest or use AOL Anywhere you will have access to your address book.
Of course this means that potentially someone else could have access to it as well.
There's a lot of other stuff too but right now this is all I could think of based on what you said you use. Oh, and of course the auto-reconnect feature.
Glad you like my Zorg sponsor photo.
