Mystery Tank #1 (making up to Howedar)

Post by Frank Hipper »

Do to the fact that I screwed Howedar out of a chance with this week's ship, especially since he asked me specifically not to, here's everyone's favorite German tank of WWII in model form.( :D ) Sorry about it being a model, it was the best pic of the beast I could find. You know the rules.

I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Shit, that's one of the build versions of the new Tamiya tank model, isn't it?

It's one of the first non-agricultural tanks, I know that.

Built by Krupp in '33?

Damn, I forget the name, they were a pre-Mk-III prototype and there were a limited number of them made (like maybe just four protos for field testing) and deployed to the Norway operation. The additional MG turrets proved to be pointless. The Pz-III/IV series superceded it.

Ach, but the name, the name... arrgh.
Something about Libertarianism always bothered me. Then one day, I realized what it was:
Libertarian philosophy can be boiled down to the phrase, "Work Will Make You Free."

In Libertarianism, there is no Government, so the Bosses are free to exploit the Workers.
In Communism, there is no Government, so the Workers are free to exploit the Bosses.
So in Libertarianism, man exploits man, but in Communism, its the other way around!

If all you want to do is have some harmless, mindless fun, go H3RE INST3ADZ0RZ!!

They were never used in operations, only a few of them were ever built, the 40's Norwegian campaign was a propaganda spoof.

Does it mount a diffrent gun than the PzIII ? It looks shorter than the gun on the PzIII.

It was either that, or the same profile at 100x133 pixels. I know it's a huge drawing, but it brings out the detail nicely. :D
