LOL @ the "borderline" part. Mind you, while the game didn't really touch on Third Echelon from back when he'd worked for it (discounting Double Agent), or perhaps to make up for that lack, there was Black Arrow's almost hammy evil. :) I did notice though that until the ending, Third Echelon wasn't depicted as being anything more negative than the arm-of-the-NSA that Tom Reed was director of, up until they agreed to go along with his big move.
