I haven't found an Akkadian-Egyptian transliteration of kmt
In the treaty between Egypt and Hatti, the Egyptian kmt is in Akkadian as mis\ri, which is closer to the Arabic misr. Most likely, the Akkadians already had their own name for Egypt, so that name was used rather than transliterating kmt.

In the Egyptological transcription, the praenomen of the pharaoh Amenhotep III is Nb-m3‘t-R‘ (meaning possessor/lord of the Maat of Ra). Conventionally it looks like Nebmaatre and it's pronounced as such by most Egyptologists
Following up on this a bit, pharaohs had a ton of names. Thutmose III's full transcribed name (and the meaning of each name) was:
Kanakkht Khaemwaset (the mighty bull Horus arising in Waset [Thebes])
Wahnesytmireempet (enduring in kingship like Re)
Sekhenpehti Djeserkhau (powerful of strength, sacred of appearance)
Menkheperre (enduring of form is Re)
Thutmose Neferkheperu (Son of Thoth, beautiful of forms)
