A nanofactory for flying spy drones (and a hangar for such) that replaces your brain in Deus Ex.

Me? I have a gym at home, so if I want stronger muscles and bones, I just get off my ass and do it.
I would get a brain computer interface. Nothing too demanding, a unit which I can attatch when I need, and unplug when I don't. Of course, since it would need direct neural connecttion, I would need an airtight flap to keep the hole in my skull sealed. LOL.
My ideal BCI would allow me to think 100 times faster (so my neurons would be firing at 20,000 hertz, not 200), multi task (I'm terrible at that), double my processing power, give me vast memory and/or perfect recall, electrically stimulate my brain to keep me awake, and do math without error. Lastly, it would need to be compatible with an electrical outlet, so it can recharge after depletion.

Also, I'd like a slight redesign of my body plan, which would allow me to survive a wider range of temperatures/climates. Some dermal ossicles (interlocking plates of bone which lie under the skin) to protect my stomach and throat would be nice, too, because animals will generally go for those areas.

I would love the ability to have self replicating nano bots that help destroy toxins in the body and help regrow tissue, (IE. lose a limb regrow it in about 5-9 weeks) and personally I don't know if this fits under cyber implants, but I would love to be able to decrease the thickness of the contact plates in my nerve endings, allowing me to achieve telekinesis. Immortality would be pretty b****ing also. I probrably would go for some sort of self repairing body armor to just to help me deal with biker gangs. (or other miscreants)

What?
A scientist once gave a public lecture on astronomy. He described how the Earth orbits around the sun and how the sun, in turn, orbits around the centre of a vast collection of stars called our galaxy.

At the end of the lecture, a little old lady at the back of the room got up and said: 'What you have told us is rubbish. The world is really a flat plate supported on the back of a giant tortoise.

The scientist gave a superior smile before replying, 'What is the tortoise standing on?'

'You're very clever, young man, very clever,' said the old lady. 'But it's turtles all the way down.'

It's an idea i got off of an Asimov book. Not sure if it would work but heh, its a neat principle.
That is to say I would decrease the width of the cell wall that surrounds the nerve cells thus somehow (Asimov wills it). allowing me to achieve control of the physical world with my mind. this fits into the whole body modification deal, so I thought I might toss it in.

Its pure gibberish. No amount of mental control will allow anyone to use something like "the Force" because no such telekinetic field exists in real life.
I have to tell you something everything I wrote above is a lie.

Would epileptic seizures count as telekinesis?

I think he just wants implants that give him telekinesis, which is OK.

His proposed mechanism is silly, but that's understandable. He was hypnotized by the Asimov Sideburns; it's happened to good people before.

Someone drunk or crazy is gonna do this.

Ahem. Not that I'd be that someone....

Of course, maybe you could get something modular. You could have a normal feeling/looking arm most of the time, put on something like the above when you want to feel awesome. Or a paintball attachment, airsoft gun, nerf gun, rocket launcher... Oops did I say that? Hehhehehehe.....

Obviously the usual eye enhancement and some kind of cybernetic computer.

Hey, that game was fun! Even if the graphics were crap.

I think... I think I'd go for the full-on self-replicating nanomorph system. I doubt it's even possible or that I could afford it, but if I could, I would. After that? Probably travel the solar system or the galaxy. See the sights, meet new people, camp on some random 'roid for a week, hell I dunno. I would try to figure out how to make an "open-source" version of the nanomorph system so everyone can use it, but OP seems to have put the kibosh on that.
