I have to say yea, he was poisoned.
Why?
Because he was power-mad enough to actually attempt an invasion
of W. Europe. That was his original plan for 1944-45 before Adolf

I think he was murdered, in that negligence is grounds for murder. Why? Because any doctor that could have treated Stalin would have:
- saved Stalin and face execution, because he could speak of Stalin's weakness, or be blamed for the problem, or some other bizarre reason.
- failed to save Stalin, and get executed for killing him.
(Anybody who summoned a doctor would have likely shared his fate)
