The question as currently presented is too broad. Any fandoms that you are particularly interested in? Any type of fic?
Also, to make five suggestions that I know to be of well above average quality, I recommend:
All I Need Is A Miracle by Vathara. Rurouni Kenshin & Gargoyles crossover. The RK have to fend off against Demona during one of her psycho periods, while the Weird Sisters study their future pawn.
Children of an Elder God by John Biles. Neon Genesis Evangelion & Cthulhu Mythos crossover. Humanity is in the verge of a transformation and forces both alien and human seek to control this change for their own purposes.
Hammered Down by Tomas the Betrayer. A Bleach AU that portrays the conflict between Soul Society and Aizen in a much grander scale. Though not flawless, this fic is better than canon in my opinion.
The Dark Lords of Nerima by claymade. Ranma 1/2 & Sailor Moon crossover. Essentially, Ryoga Hibiki saves the life of one of the Dark Kingdom's monsters and drags all of Nerima into the conflict.
Time and Again by KyLewin. A Naruto fanfic in which the titular character is sent to the past during a battle against Orochimaru and decides to make things better this time around. Only things don't work out quite the way he hoped for.
