Okay, here's the answer in tiny print for those of you who've given up:







Let's try out a few numbers:

92 - 11 = 81
91 - 10 = 81
90 - 9 = 81

Notice the consistency.

89 - 17 = 72

Notice the sudden change in the above case.

88 - 16 = 72
87 - 15 = 72


Now, compare the symbols represented by 81 and 72. They're the same. Which means that for a group of numbers, their answers all point to the same result. And all the results of all the groups point to the same symbol. That's the answer

All the possible answers are the same symbol. Everytime you play, the symbols are reassigned, but the possible answers always have the same symbol, which is what is displayed when you click the orb.

I got that on e-mail several months ago. Took me about 30 seconds to figure it out. Notice that there's a line of repeating symbols going in a diagonal line, they're all the possible answers, and there's always only one symbol in all of them.
