Well Force Lord, I can think of at least one organization that makes extensive use of third-party military hardware (and personnel!), has money, and likes to work with small ships in isolated corners of space.

That would prevent him from sending an escort, as none of his combat ships are below $55.

If you're heading towards someones home system via a warp gate i doubt your escort matters. The only one who is remotely likely to be there other than you is your host, and if they want you gone. You're gone. and an escort would at best give you a few minutes fear and dismay considering the stuff people typically have at their homeworlds.

What do they Orcs care? They have about as much similarity to Orks as Santa's elves have to Legolas.

As to economic costs, if I could convince the Chamarrans or the Argenti to aid us, we could get a planet each.

So the problem with killing all of the Orks is that you get to kill them all at once? I don't see what they could do to the fleets of 2 or 3 empires.

Plus, if the entire galaxies Orks get slaughtered by your forces, you get + points with every empire.

If they follow 40k rules, they'll regrow in a few years and you'll be back at square one and you'll just be wasting your time. Nah, better to just leave 'em in relative peace to fight amongst each other.

I need to get this data from them soon, the faster I do, the faster I can add psychic powers to the DNA of every fetus, newborn, infant, child, and adolescent in the entire Empire! Or at the very least control and train the ones that are budding anyway since we have no experience with them.

Not really, if you can colonize asteroids and the like as in Colony Sectors, you can easily do it to a Terran planet.

Or in other words, if you blast it to pieces, you could get at least a Colony Sectors worth of GDP from it.

Risks too many lives for most governments to want to deal with. The only government that I can think of that'd be willing to engage in that sort of crass indifference to their citizens is the Bragulans.

Besides, I don't see why it would be so difficult, put down a few cities, surround them with killbots, and blast anything that has vehicles or large groups of Orks from orbit. They will expand, and eventually you can just have massive sweeps to permanently end the Orks.
