Just heard on the radio that its been confirmed that letters with cyanide enclosed/infused had been sent to the US, Aussie and few other embassies. Searching for details now.

Only thing I've heard is a possible attack on the Spanish embassy building and a Colombian consulate in different parts of the Venezuelan capital, Caracas.
