I would recommend additional precautions to such, Mr. President. We should obtain complete physical and psychological profiles on such staff before they come anywhere near the data, and continue to monitor their physiological and psychological conditions during and well after the study. If what Dr. Dreer says is true, we must take every measure to insure that the men are not affected by the data itself, and if they are then they need to be contained by whatever means necessary. USAMRIID would certainly be of assistance to the CDC in this matter.We also have set up a second trailer, which is outfitted with all the staff and tools needed to study the output, and for extra safety, has been airgapped.
