'tis quite a strange device indeed....on closer examination we see that the subject has his head so rammed up his own anus that his head appears to have reappeared and is being used as some sort of funnel or catapult for his own bullshit....would reccomend the bio weapons division study this asshole closely for weaknesses and deploy napalm where required.
