II. Hypothetical Scenario: It is the year 4400 according to Standard Human Calendar. Your civilization has achieved complete dominance in the Galaxy. Every one of your rivals is either destroyed or has been converted into an ally. Your citizens are free from want and need. Your civilization is free to undertake any project it chooses at its leisure, with the resources of the entire galaxy at its disposal. Please indicate the primary focus of your civilization’s energies and attention in this hypothetical situation.

The most imperious military forces of the mighty Star Empire of Bragule will be deploying to the Chamarran Hierarchy to conduct large-scale exercises with their Chamarran comrades. Dear Sir/Mdm,

The Byzantine Imperium and the Bragulan Star Empire have recently agreed on joint operations against the entity that calls itself the Multiverse Empire of Happiness on the pretext of common interests. The Imperium is mustering for such a joint operation with a significant fraction of its standing forces. The Bragulan Star Empire is cooperating with their allies, the Chamarran Hierachy and is mustering in Chamarran space. We are of the understanding that the Bragulan Star Empire will make a similar commitment, thus maintaining the current balance of power which will deter military adventurism in the near future. The Bragulan Star Empire will make no overt military operation in the near future against the USS as the conduct of the campaign against the MEH continues.
