The entrance to Raven Rock.
There is still the matter of background radiation maybe (it's iffy) causing problems with transporting Enclave troops but overall, I suppose the Enclave would lose. I was hoping they'd put up a better fight.

Oh, well. I suppose they could try guerrilla warfare except the Feds wouldn't have a reason to stay.
P.S. Hmm. Looking at the Siege of AR-558 wouldn't help either, considering the Feds' air support was under fire, which wouldn't be happening with the Enclave.

Re: The Capital Wasteland Enclave vs the Federation
The main gun of the mother ship zeta did create quite a large air burst wherever it hit in the DLC, and the other ship managed to withstand multiple shots of it. Assuming a victorious enclave with lone wanderer support means they have control of the ship. If its before the lone wanderer goes aboard the mother ship there are two fully crewed ships in orbit.
Or you could ignore MZ entirely.

If a black-hawk flies over a light show and is not harmed, does that make it immune to lasers?

Re: The Capital Wasteland Enclave vs the Federation
I thought about that but I wasn't entirely sure since I couldn't tell the Brotherhood about this boon of awesome technology sitting right there in the main game. Plus, a bunch of the generators have been shot to Hell, though I suppose that didn't stop the gun and shields from working. That would definitely change things. Would they send an away team at all if there is a hostile ship shooting at them? Considering the firepower, it's possible the Enterprise would get shot down, meaning the Enclave could capture a sizable portion of the crew, while the rest would get eaten by radscorpions or deathclaws. Supposing that does happen, how much effort would the Federation expend to retrieve the crew of the Enterprise and how successful would they be?
(On a side note, that reminds me of a pretty awesome mod I downloaded involving the Lone Wanderer finding Enclave defectors and taking them in as his crew for the ship. They end up repairing a bunch of broken things in the ship, whip up a crude translator for the alien language, and salvage blueprints for various parts of the ship from the other ship that got shot down. They also establish bases in Rivet City, Megaton, Tenpenny Tower, and Underworld. I guess if there is a victorious Enclave with Lone Wanderer support, the described scenario from the mod would occur but with the Enclave instead of a bunch of its defectors, and with its takeover of the Citadel/Pentagon, too.)
A screen shot of the Mothership Zeta Death Ray being fired on Earth. That's taken at the beginning of the explosion, IIRC, and it gets slightly bigger.

That mod sounds neat, it would have been nice to side with the Enclave if one wanted.

There is one called the Enclave Improvement Project but it's kind of buggy sometimes. After finishing the last mission, the game crashes every time I enter a new cell.
Anyway, unless anybody comments on what the effect would be if the Enclave had the alien ship, I think this thread is more or less done.
