Its not my message, its just the way it is. Believe me, I've worked plenty of jobs for shitty pay in shitty conditions, where my co-workers and I wished we could strike, but doing so would have just gotten the lot of us fired. Factory work where all of the machines have had their safeties removed so the lines could run faster? Check. Coal industry work for sixteen and eightteen hour shifts for $5.50 an hour with no breaks? Done it. Hell, one of my better jobs still had me working in a concrete block building in the wintertime with no heat. These jobs all had three things in common: 1) they were non-union. 2) any workers that tried to strike or organize would simply be fired and replaced. And 3) they made me ineligible for food stamps (or any government assistance at all), by reason of making too much money.

I am trying to think of a labor law that you cartoon villain employers have not violated over the years, and am at a loss. That is when you call OSHA, the police, and a Lawyer. I also dont think you could find a jury who would refuse to nullify (or go through enough mistrials that the DA gives up) if you just shot the fuckers. Just saying.

I intended it that way. The point was not to advocate the killing, but rather to use hyperbole to demonstrate how nasty his past employers were.

Indeed. I enjoy my hyperbole, and I assumed (because no one has ever said anything to me at least. I don't know what goes on in the mod forum.), that you all assumed that is exactly what it was. It is not like I am a temperamentally violent person (I am just this side of being a pacifist). I just have an odd sense of humor and an active mental image generator and this is consistent in real life as well as the internet.

But now that you have said something I will definitely tone it down (or at least use disclaimers).
