Not her current body, she overcomes Aga Mbadi's attempts trivially as soon as she regenerates into it. Also, "hacking" in Gunnm appears to be carried out via nanomachine infiltration.

At best she's a high end tabletop character in 40k, the galaxy is too big for her to have any serious impact beyond her immediate surroundings, but in a specific event she could have a major effect.
