I actually hadn't heard anything about this until now...I saw him walking around once. He graduated from the college my best friend's father works at, and he was just walking the campus one day while I was visiting.

I heard of his death this morning, and I felt more for him than when other famous people die. Probably because I grew up watching him, and he was born in raised in Latrobe, near where I live. I'll miss him.

I watched him when I was growing up.

I hope that, if he still exists in some form somewhere, it's a beautiful day.

I grew up watching that show... He made a really large impact on a lot of people and was a great positive influence.

Someone told me about this over IM the other night (Ancaris?). I remember many bits and pieces of his show. He was an admirable man.

I shall put a tribute in my sig for a while.
