Post Apocalyptic Science (Portal 2 spoilers)

After GlaDOS lets Chell out, a strange event happens and the entire enrichment center is telephoned into the world of fallout near the capital wasteland. This includes old Aperture and so forth. There are a few ways into the enrichment center (supply chutes and ways for personnel), none of which end up. GlaDOS is aware of this shift and is rather keen on getting new test subjects and the Brotherhood has found using some geological stuff the disturbance in this area and go into investigate.

GlaDOS has full control of the Enrichment Center and access to Atlas and P-Body.

GlaDOS continues testing, turrets are placed on all entrances to stop people interfering with testing. Maybe enclave and BOS would eventually break in, But I think GlaDOS has enough weaponry and turrets available to defend for a while.

If GLaDOS puts a big "FREE POWER ARMOR AND CAKE THIS WAY!" sign up pointing to the other side of a Aperture Science Emancipation Grill, she may wind up with all sorts of suddenly naked and very interesting test subjects at her mercy.

She has some sort of manufacturing capacity (nanobot construction crews, at the least) and a very long lived power source (she mentions how long during the co-op campaign, I forget how long) so she can expand at will. I think GLaDOS can hold out forever, until someone surpasses her technologically.

I don't know, but I think it sounds like an amusing sidequest. Infiltrate pre-Burn facility, jump through some hoops for the mad AI, destroy the mad AI, recieve weapon upgrade.

Well, seeing as how even the automated announcer is fully prepared for any and all post apocalyptic contingencies (And low power environments), testing should easily continue apace.
