I'm playing around trying to get some numbers for an SPK enery drainer, and I need the thermal condutivity for the material.
Can any one suggest
1) a suitable material to use for a spaceship hull
2) what the thermal conductivity of that material is or where I can find a listing of such materials?
Thanks
Material thermal conductivity.

Ah ... www.webelements.com. Never go online without it.

Thanks... but what are the units there, is that watts/meter kilogram? I'm used to british thermal units/pound mass.

Watts per meter-Kelvin. Repent and forsake your evil British units. Embrace SI.Ender wrote:Thanks... but what are the units there, is that watts/meter kilogram? I'm used to british thermal units/pound mass.
