For me, it's a tie between Mr. Bean and Monty Python.

Mr. Bean never fails to entertain me.
On the other hand, Monty Python gave us The Life Of Brian.

Yes, League of Gentlemen does rock:

"I want to be a fireman!"

"BE QUIET! YOU'LL NEVER BE A FIREMEN! YOU'RE TRASH! ALL OF YOU!"
Scares the shit out of me too...I cant watch it. Also, another one to add to a long list from this comedy laboured island is The Office.

I just can't watch a full episode of that programme, I just get so embarrassed on the main characters behalf. It's trainwreck TV, you just can see the character destroying himself and though funny it's painful to watch.

Anyone that doesn't work in an office can safely watch it though, and should as it's very funny.

Wait for the second one, Nick reflects me far too much other than just having my name.

Blackadder:
The Russians have abandoned the Eastern Front.

Baldrick:
And they've overthrown Nicholas the Second, who used to be bizarre.

Blackadder:
He used to be the Czar, Baldrick.

That cracks me up every time

Black Adder and Monty Python for me. My PBS never showed much Red Dwarf.
But what they did show was My Hero, which was hilarious and explored the everyday lives of Irish Healthstore Propriator Super Heros.

Well, a flat anyways. Nick (who is also known as 'The Grinning Idiot') is great. My Family is one of the funniest sitcoms in a long time.

Given I've only seen Monty Python, Black Adder, and Mr. Bean, I'm going with Monty Python.

Did anyone feel a bit ripped off with the Bean film since it had at least half the gags from the series?

Yeah, I felt jipped by that.

Did anyone else notice the lack of Men Behaving Badly!?
Whilst it may have not been best it definitely deserved a mention up there.
