Based off my previous thread Prototype in Star Wars I thought what about turning this into a fan fiction story so here is my first idea.
In my first idea I never wanted Greene to be a main character but more like a plot device, something to shake up the Star Wars universe. My initial idea was to have the Empire develop a superweapon sort of like Greene and the blacklight virus, identical backstory except set in the Star Wars universe. This superweapon would be gifted with Alex Mercer's powers, and the ability to utilize Force powers making an extremely dangerous threat to anyone. Someone leaks information to the Rebels about the possible development of a new superweapon, the rebels investigate and confirm that it exists and launches an attack on an Empire military installation holding her. In an attempt to destroy her they accidentally release her and she attacks everyone and begins wreaking havoc. Emperor Palpatine actually anticipates this even though he wished he had more time so he could actually control this rampaging monster, he uses this to his advantage and blames the Rebel Alliance for this disaster even fabricating evidence showing that they are the ones who created her. This destroys alot of popular support for the Rebel Alliance as they are now seen as terrorists rather than freedom fighters and the story goes on from there, with "Greene" wreaking havoc, the Empire trying to stop her, and the rebels trying to oppose the Empire.
Does this sound like a good story idea?
Also after giving this some thought I think having Alex Mercer in the story would make a much more interesting story, but I don't really know where to go with him and make him have a role in the story any ideas?

sounds kinda neat. a little more unorthodox than the typical, rebels/republic pwn Empire/Warlords/Sith formula.
