Looks like Canadian weed growers will be doing a fair bit of extra business this year. BC will probably break its export records again, they'll be getting a nice boost to their economy from all the extra pot they're selling.

In the open I would be certain. In Mexico they burn coke and heroin in the open all the time, just spread the bags around and dump gasoline on it. An incinerator which will fully destroy a drug is expensive and only really makes sense in urban areas. If you aren't going to fully destroy it then it might as well be an open burn for far less money and effort.

Its Mexican dirt weed, $200 a quarter is at least four times what its actually worth. $750,000,000 worth is still a lot of herb, though.
