The Insider also claimed that there was an X-Wing and TIE Fighter in the Coruscant chase scene in Episode II, but I have yet to see those.

It's true. If you have the DVD watch it with the commentary and then when they say it's on screen, look at the lower left, it is really really small, but it is there. It is not in the foreground.

Here's a pic of the three TIEs chasing the X-wing.

It's circled in red.

1. They mention it on the commentary as I mentioned before.

2. It's from my computer and I don't have anything to make a better screen cap with.

3. It's at 16:58. You can look at it yourself.

W/o the commentary you would never be able to tell. I don't think it should be regarded as canon.

I wasn't talking about it being canon or not.

I was just showing Durandal where it was because he hasn't seen it before.

Couldn't make out the X-Wing, but the TIEs are pretty obvious.

Hmmf.. that's some easter egg [ig]http://bbs.stardestroyer.net/images/smi ... lleyes.gif[/img]

Have these (and the others) been comfirmed by official sources, or are they just fanboy speculation? Because those are so small and blurry they could be just about anything. Though if you are thinking of a TIE fighter, I guess it sort of is shaped like one (like an "H").

I never saw the Ewoks or ET in TPM either. Heck, I can't even recall seeing the Outrider in ANH. I guess I need to watch 'em a few hundred more times and squint at every frame. Heh

Well, its a good way to get people to watch the movies more. ; )

Star Wars Insider reports that in the Coruscant chase scene, 3 TIEs can be spotted chasing an X-Wing. And this is the best lead we've got.

I don't knwo abotu Ewoks, but there is a trio fo ETs during the Senate meetings, inside one of the senate platforms. I think its the one where Amidala makes a the vote of no confidence. They're right in the middle of the screen and everything.

The TIEs on Coruscant are confirmed by listening to the audio commentaries on the Ep2 DVD. They are mentioned right as they come on screen.

My ability to take screencaps isn't that good.

Those look like TIE bombers, but I didn't see the X-wing. As for the falcon in First Contact, I *think* I might have spotted it, but I'm going to double-check to be damn sure before I mention where it is.

The outrider is spotted in the Mos Eisley skies, you see the rear of the ship with the blue Ion Engine taking off.

Going back to the Talerian warship, it looks like they mated part of an ISD model kit to the aft section of a 2001 Discovery kit, then threw some panels in for good measure.

A YT-1300 is also said to appear as the top of a building in Blade Runner. You may already know about that, but then I knew about a lot of the Easter Eggs mentioned here, so I figured this might be news to some.

Can anyone scan or screencap the Enterprise Coruscant? I'd like to see that.

I can't see the X-wing. I can make out some TIE looking things, but I don't see the X-wing.

They made a building out of the Falcon in Blade Runner.
