VH1 talked about this on some one hit wonder show of theirs (which is oddly hosted by Shatner). This looked hilarious. I'll watch it tomorrow when I have the time.

Yeah, I have the whole thing as a Quicktime file.

And I have the MP3. It's really quite good, and Nemoy isn't that bad of a singer.

He made it back in the 60's. I'm surprised it wasn't included on the LOTR SE or rereleased on any of the soundtracks.

*shakes head and walks away*
'Ai! ai!' wailed Legolas. 'A Balrog! A Balrog is come!'
Gimli stared with wide eyes. 'Durin's Bane!' he cried, and letting his axe fall he covered his face.
'A Balrog,' muttered Gandalf. 'Now I understand.' He faltered and leaned heavily on his staff. 'What an evil fortune! And I am already weary.'

When I played that, my cats looked at the speaker with wide eyes.

That should tell you something.

I'll pretend I never heard that. O_O

No, that would happen if Kate Mulgrew ever decided to a remix of this song.
